What sets Used Car Week apart is prioritizing the in-person experience of attending an industry conference. And in my biased opinion, the best part about attending any industry event is the in-person experience of getting real-time answers to questions, establishing new business connections, and catching up with friends.
Over the past couple of months our team has focused on introducing you to the new and improved Used Car Week experience. Updates to this year’s event came about through many conversations with the companies and individuals that support our efforts.
It’s that time of year again when companies embark on their mid-year reviews – a time to evaluate what is working and what is not, a time to make adjustments and take on new initiatives in an effort to end the year on a strong positive note. This week, members of our team are onsite at the 2017 NIADA Convention & Expo, which runs Monday through Thursday at The Mirage in Las Vegas. Stop by Booth #1825 to visit with these three fine folks.

If you’re thinking about attending Used Car Week this year, what problems do you have that we can help you solve? What pain points are you experiencing that our experts can help alleviate? What content or solutions would make you feel as though you’d gotten the most out of your Used Car Week experience?
Last week Marilu McQuilkin and I joined Auto Remarketing senior editor Joe Overby for Episode 5 of the Auto Remarketing Podcast to talk about the upgrades to Used Car Week, which has a brand-new logo and a simplified format (read: confusion-free registration process) that packs a punch.
Our conference team analyzed data from post-event surveys and chatted with participants one-on-one. What that uncovered was a need to expand the auto finance and repossessions topics, and adjust the certified pre-owned conference into a more comprehensive look at the entire retail used-car market.
