Used Car Week 2026 takes place November 16-19, 2026 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, our official headquarters hotel.

Our exclusive discounted hotel block is nearly sold out, with very limited rooms remaining. We encourage attendees to secure their accommodations as soon as possible. Please Note: Used Car Week does not have reserved room blocks or discounted group rates at these additional hotels. Attendees are responsible for booking accommodations directly with their preferred hotel, and rates and availability may vary.

To qualify for the discounted UCW room rate, you must be a registered Used Car Week attendee. Anyone who reserves a room within the UCW block but is not registered for the conference will be charged the hotel’s rack rate (approximately $800–$900 per night) rather than the discounted group rate.

We strongly encourage all guests to complete their event registration prior to booking accommodations.
