These women flourish in what might be the most challenging segment of auto finance.

They reconnect and work with customers who have fallen behind on their monthly payments to get them back on track and keep the finance company’s portfolio healthy. And if customer remedies are not successful, they then strive to gather the most funds possible via the repossession and recovery processes to reduce finance company losses.

Honorees will be highlighted in the March edition of SubPrime Auto Finance News and will be recognized during the Wednesday awards luncheon at Used Car Week. This event will be held November 18-21 in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.
